Over de functie


• Maintain office operations and procedures; administration support; controlling correspondence; reviewing supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions
• Liaising with suppliers / vendor, handled with office equipment procurement,
• Perform HR duties such as recruitment, payroll, tax, leave record, etc
• Responsible for routine accounting duties
• Assist in financial report evaluations
• Monitor and record expenses properly, ensure transactions and arrange payments in various forms.

Functie eisen


• Degree holder in Business Administration/Accounting/Finance or related discipline;
• Minimum 5 years relevant experiences;
• Well-versed in Netherlands Employment Ordinance and related regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, detail-minded self-motivated, independent;
• Good sense of responsibility and services;
• Good command of both spoken & written English
• Good command of spoken mandarin and written Chinese will be an advantage
